Cold hold box #2 and cabinet next to it are not being used as they are not functioning correctly at time of inspection. These need to be repaired. |

*Observed that air vents in the ceiling are rusting and are no longer easily cleanable. Floor drain cover underneath prep sink is rusted and peeling paint and needs to be repaired. Repair or replace the rusted air vents and floor drain cover. Work order is in and waiting for replacement *Improvement from last inspection. |
