6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Metal beams in both walk-in units are rusted. These need to be repaired so that they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floor in walk-in refrigerator is forming excessive rust. Floor needs to be repaired or replaced so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Vent above hot holding equipment and above dishwasher has dust build-up and needs to be detailed. |
