*PIC stated blade of deli slicer was the only part being cleaned. The other parts of the slicer were only being wiped with sanitizer and not properly cleaned with soap and water. Recommend using a bucket of soapy water to clean the slicers, rinse with water, and then followed with spraying with sanitizer.
