6-501.12 - Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
*3 compartment sink needs to be sealed in between the wall. FRP is popping loose at left side of 3 compartment sink and multiple holes in FRP near 3 compartment sink. Observed several cracked tiles throughout kitchen. Ceiling vents need to be detailed due to dust buildup. Metal plate on walk in cooler door is loose and needs to be repaired. Shelves above 3 comp are rusting. |
