General CommentsInspection led by REHSI Kelly Huang under supervision of REHSI Tyler Harvill. Walk-in refrigerator was not accessible during inspection so was no inspected. There is only one manager that has the key to the door and they were not present at facility during inspection. All areas that contain food/equipment used in the restaurant shall be kept accessible to inspection.

Two ice bin lids had suspected microbial growth. Ensure these are cleaned more frequently.
