No points were deducted for the following: 4. Observed loose toilet seats in boys restroom upstairs and girls restroom downstairs. Needs to be tightened. **Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). 7. Observed boxes stored on the floor in supply storage closet. Ensure storage is up off of the floor to help facilitate cleaning. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.
