Inspection completed with Diana Monterrosa present. Note- plaster at sun shelf is peeling away from pool floor. Recommend repairing so problem does not worsen over time. Note- observed body hook with screw on interior portion of body hook. Recommend rotating screw so it is on exterior portion of body hook and does not constitute a safety hazard. Intent to suspend issued for record keeping and loose depth and no dive markers. Correct within 30 days or the permit may be suspended.
