General Comments

Inspection conducted with Daniel. Observed one bumper for ladder missing and a tile at the ladder is cracked both shown to operator during the inspection. Maintain 6ft of walking space around the pool at all times. Chemicals need to be stored in chemical room. Permit restriction: Sliding glass doors must remain permanently locked at 4 inches.
