Inspection completed with Gus Aguero and Craig Diel present. Intent to suspend permit issued for record keeping. Ensure main drains are checked daily and TA/CA at least weekly. Correct within 30 days or permit will be suspended. Observed emergency phone connect when number is called. The phone stays connected for approximately 3 seconds before disconnecting/muting volume. Ensure phone remains connected until caller ends transmission. Will recheck phone upon return visit for intent to suspend.
