General CommentsInspection conducted with Jeffrey Travis. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to inoperable emergency phone. Pool closed and signs posted. Pool must remain closed until the phone is repaired and verified by Mecklenburg County Public Health to be operating properly. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 once phone is operational to request a re-visit. Once phone is repaired, additional permit items will be evaluated including inoperable flow meter, gate not closing/latching, furnishings within 6’ of pool and peeling depth markers. If these permit items remain non-compliant a 30-day intent to suspend the permit may be issued at that time. Note: Filtration pump Pentair WFE-4 has had motor changed from 1 HP to 2HP motor.
