No points deducted:8-- Keep all toilet equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b). Observed toilet in room 2047 with residue and debris inside and on the bottom of the seat. Needs cleaning. 36--Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c). Observed build up in bottom of refrigerator in 1st floor activity room. Needs cleaning. Inspection completed with Rudy and Roberta.
