Observed gate at the grassed area near the far side of the pool enclosure to be left unlocked, and not self-closing and self-latching. This gate must be corrected to be fully self-closing and fully self-latching. Keeping it locked is no longer an option as the gate has been found unlocked by MCHD inspectors on several previous visits. The gate must fully self-close and self-latch. The gate latch must also be moved to be at least 54 inches above the ground. |
