Observed call box to work properly, but call back number did not function. Correct the box so that call back number functions. Call back number must ring back the call box for voice communication with the box. The number and address were properly listed with local 911. C. Elmore will follow-up on or around 2/18/2021 on this matter. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141, 147, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING Call C.
