No points deducted for the following: Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed faucet push timer in girls gym bathroom not operating correctly and only on when being held down. Needs repair. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed light in boys bathroom too low and one bulb out in boys gym bathroom. Observed light outside in area outside bathrooms in B-3. Needs lighting repaired.

Observed peeling paint on gym wall. Needs touch up paint. Observed stained ceiling tiles in room C-9, C-6, and at the cafeteria entrance. Needs to be checked for leaks and replaced. REPEAT.
