Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed no soap and paper towels at some handsink located outside of restrooms in individual classes. Per conversation with custodian students mainly use gang restrooms located near cafeteria. EHS advises school to still place soap and paper towels at handsinks in classrooms that have restrooms. |
