General Comment: #3. Clean mouth guard on water fountain in common area near entrance to cafeteria.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #4. Replace damaged toilet tank lid in bathroom between A5 and A6.**Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). #6. Tightly secure loose floor transitional molding near entrance to teacher resource room. WIpe/clean lower section of wall in gym area.**Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. #11. Continued: The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
