General Comments

Inspection conducted with maintenance staff David Wood. Went over inspection with CPO Carlos Monsalve. Carlos is the new CPO for this pool. Updated files with CPO information. One of the shallow water no swimming tile heavily faded. Recommend replacing at water feature. Outer rope on ring buoy and throw rope starting to fray. Recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with attached 50 foot throw rope at least 1/4 inch in diameter. Offset at main gate by pump room. Maintain decks with no gaps or offsets > 1/2”. Door frame for women’s restroom heavily deteriorated. Recommend repairing. Intent to suspend issued 16)
