Pre-permit inspection conducted with CPO Roger Malone. *NOTE* per spec sheet for glass tables, glass is tempered. Offset at main gate. Maintain decks with no gaps or offsets > 1/2”. Door frame to restroom heavily damaged. Maintain in good condition. Pool recently replastered. Observed VGB 2017 Aquastar 1216xxx main drain covers installed. Facility re-installed previously approved VGB 2008 Aquastar A10RCFRxxx drain covers for gravity drains in the fountain. Will need to replace these covers when they expire.
