Inspection conducted with Roger Malone. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Phone number for emergency phone calls back to the fax machine. Must be able to call back to the emergency phone in the event of a dropped call. Will verify this has been corrected in 30 days.
