Inspection conducted with Roger Malone and Euri Castillo. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Aquastar 6HP, Aquastar A10RCFR, and Aquastar 1216 drain covers expire January 2021. Replace with new, A112 approved drain covers. Equalizer lines may be abandoned per state guidelines that are attached to this report. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
