General Comments

Inspection conducted with Cyphus Franco and Euri Castillo. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Aquastar 1216xxx main drains expire in January 2021. Recommend changing out the 4 Aquastar 10RCFRxxx drain covers for fountain area as well. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
