4-302.14 - Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Observed chlorine sanitizer test strips were available for testing sanitizer; however, the sanitizer was a quaternary ammonia-type and not chlorine "bleach-type." Management corrected the error and supplied the produce department with the correct sanitizer test strips at time of inspection. |
