6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed inside WIF both A/C units with heavy ice build up. Ice build up was also observed throughout of the ceiling, floors, and walls.. PIC will place work order. No open food was observed. |
