6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. Observed inside WIF diamond plated flooring missing near front of WIF door. Observed floor tile missing in front of WIF from the outside exposing bare flooring. PIC will place work order.
6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed inside WIF both A/C units with heavy ice/frost build up. Frost and ice build up was also observed throughout of the ceiling in the WIF and around the door frame. PIC will place work order. No open food as observed. |
