4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed active dish washing at 3-comp-sink. PIC demonstrated how to measure the concentration with yellow test strips based on the instructions on bottle. Concentration of sanitizer was below 50PPM. CDI - PIC added more sanitizer to 3-comp-sink to raise concentration. New concentration was approximately 200PPM.
