Observed chicken patty sandwiches in the hot box measured below 135F, they have been in here for about 30 minutes to warm and keep hot. CDI- PIC take chicken patties and reheat them in the oven to reach the proper temperature, and reassemble sandwiches and keep them in hot box. -1.5 pts- |
