Observed the violations that prevented passing permit inspection from previous visit corrected. SPA HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THE PERMIT DECAL. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. DISPLAY THE PERMIT AND DECAL AT THE SPA DECK AREA.
