Observed call back number posted at call box (704-537-3712) to not call back the box properly. Call back number must call back to the call box such that the call can be answered by the call box. The number must then also be listed with the local 911 services as the proper number for the call box and that number shall also be posted at the call box. The above number is posted at the box and listed with local 911, but it does not contact the call box. This issue must be resolved. C. Elmore will follow-up on or around 10/22/2020 to verify correction. Call C.
