7-204.11 Provide sanitizer at correct concentrations, diluting as required.-P. Observed sanitizer in spray bottle measured above 200 ppm free chlorine. Solution was so strong that it bleached out the test strip to white through three dilutions. CDI - PIC diluted solution with water until it was eventually diluted to 100 ppm free chlorine. Discussed process with PIC. |

5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. Observed one dumpster side door left open, apparently by a customer as domestic trash bags were found on top. PIC closed door. |
