General Comments

Met with Dwayne Boepple. Daily records showed some days pH recorded as 7.0 with no corrective action. pH of pool water must be 7.2-7.8. Record corrective action when reading are outside of the required range. Drain and equalizer covers expire December 2020. Submit new PDSC form after replacing covers. Permit will not be issued in 2021 without documentation of these actions.
