REPEAT. 4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf-Observed the vegetable chopper stored as clean with leftover food debris on the blades. Observed plastic containers stored as clean with sticker labels on them and slight food debris inside. CDI-PIC removed the stickers from containers & moved items to 3 compartment sink to be wash.
