Two fly sticks are located adjacent to the wire shelf in the dry storage area and in contact with packages of food. Remove.
6-202.15 Protect outer openings of establishment from insect or rodent entry.
The door gasket at the rear entrance is torn and needs to be replaced to seal off gaps around the door which allow pest entry. |
