General Comments

New grout in tiles throughout facility. Duck and pork belly hanging in WIC are marinated but not cooked. PIC states they are raw. Can be hung next to each other but needs to reassure that they are distinctly separated and not touching. PIC states that WIF is cleaned out weekly but the ice build up continues to happen, PIC stated they will call in repair person to inspect. Facility continues to address any issue observed in inspections and correct.
