Observed floors with broken and/or missing floor tiles and floor in front of pizza prep unit unsealed, and coving in dough prep are coming off wall. Observed stained/heat damaged ceiling tils. Replace missing floor and ceiling tiles as needed and reaffix coving to wall. PIC stated floors were going to be redone during last inspection. Tiles where finish had deteriorated were replaced, but tiles and coving that was broken, or missing are in the same condition. Repeat. |
