General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Matt Empson and Terry with Caribbean Pool Services. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. NOTE: 911 operator had difficulty hearing me. This is a repeat issue. Operator has turned the phone up as loud as he could. Recommend replacing the phone. NOTE: Spa filtration pump motor changed out. Pump still the same, no label observed on the pump housing. Electrical permit E3891665 passed inspection 2-23-2021. Observed broken glass on the pool deck beside a lounge chair. Maintain pool/spa area free of broken glass. - Removed by operator. Flow meter heavily worn, recommend replacing. Plaster chipping on spa floor. Maintain in good condition. Permit issued. No Night Swimming “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
