Conducted inspection with operator Ean. Immediate suspension issued for chlorine level. Pool placed on E status and must close. Call EHS Devon when item is corrected and ready to reopen. 7049981122 Flow meter has been replaced with Aquastar FlowStar flow meter with 5% accuracy on specification sheet, measured correct installation with 5x pipe diameter on inlet pipe (3 inch pipe, 15” pipe length inlet side and 2x pipe diameter on outlet side). Advised updating portion of PDSC form reflecting correct/new updated flow meter and submitting to pdsc@mecknc.gov, noting that update is for new 5% accurate flow meter only. Flow required 120-150 gpm, observed 130 gpm. Permit Restriction: 5% flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at least 120 gpm. Flow greater than 150 gpm exceeds the main drains. Suction Hazard.
