General Comments

NOTE: Observed KINGS III emergency phone connected to 911 but would not disconnect after several attempts (busy signal received and box would not shut off). After resetting the box manually via circuit board I was able to verify the phone number listed was the correct number. The 911 operator also had all correct information. Maintenance Supervisor Chris Carver scheduled a service visit with KINGS III for technical support on 4/21/2021. Inspection completed with Chris Carver. No signature due to COVID-19.
