General Comments

16 - Could not verify windows on to pool deck as opening 4" or less. Window limiters shall be installed to limit windows at 4" or less. 15 - Grab rope on ring buoy degrading. Replace ring buoy within 2 business days. Contact once complete. Will return to verify by Thursday, 9/24. 22 - Phone number posted at pool phone does not dial the emergency phone back. State requirements changed earlier this year to require that the posted phone number be the number for the emergency phone. 911 must be able to call the emergency phone back. Given 30 days for correction. Intent to Suspend issued for gate. Damion Gordon present during inspection. Pool signage blocked by foilage. Cut foilage back so clearly visible within 30 days. No glass on pool deck. Verify bulbs on deck are shatterproof.
