General Comments30 Day Intent to Suspend (ITS) issued for depth markers and weirs. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 when in compliance to lift ITS. Inspection with Christian Olmeda “W” status Note: Buoy rope starting to fray. Advised replacing before in disrepair (required 50’). Can currently withstand tugging and did not warrant replacement during inspection. Also, chemicals stored in bags in pump room on palate are large dry bags. Vats of chemicals are in chemical storage. At this time, advised chemical storage is safer in pump room, off floor and separate than with large vats of chemicals (due to no extra room to separate wet from dry chemicals and greater potential for hazard).
