REPEAT- 3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed one pack of opened hotdogs in low reach in cooler without date/label. CDI-PIC was able to properly date/label container of hotdogs with date of 01/20/24.
Observed one container mini burger sliders with date marking from 01/17/24-01/24/24 and three containers of mini burger sliders with no date/label. CDI-PIC voluntarily discard items from all four containers. |
