General Comments

Inspection completed with Tarik Sutton and Daren Rubenstein present. Intent to suspend permit issued for non operational flow meter and automatic chlorine feeder not turning off when pump has no circulation. Once corrected, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify. Observed pump housing changed from WFE-3 to WFE-6. E. Freese will follow up on what is required for this in a future visit.
