General Comments

Inspection completed with Marcos Aspiazu present. Permit immediately suspended for chlorine at 0.2 ppm. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once corrected to verify and reopen spa. Spa is to remain closed until verified by health department. The following items must be corrected once the immediate suspension is lifted within 30 days or the permit will again be suspended. 1- door not self-latching or audibly alarmed. 2- record keeping of drain safety checks daily.
