General Comments

Intent to Suspend issued. The issues listed on the I.T.S. must be corrected by March 21st, 2019 or the spa will be closed and the permit suspended until the issues are resolved. Contact C. Elmore when the items are corrected. 704-507-6814 Spa has HP6 EQ covers. Aquastar has changed the flow rating for this cover to 92GPM on the wall. The previous flow rate was 224GPM. The pump flow rate for this spa is higher than 92GPM. The HP6 covers expire in January 2021 The new covers must be flow rated to handle the pump flow rate.
