*** The 2-door freezer drawers have debris in them and need to be cleaned. The small reach in freezer has food debris in the bottom of unit that is below the hot hold trays. Racks in 2-door reach in cooler 1 are starting to rust.
4-602.13 - Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils: Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at frequency to prevent accumulation of soil residue.
*** Observed gasket seals in 2-door reach in cooler 2 with food debris in gasket seals that need to be cleaned. |
