Observed no paper towels at hand sink upon arrival, PIC stated they had just run out. Note that no active food prep was occurring at this time. CDI - PIC replaced paper towels in dispenser. |

6-201.11 Floors, Walls and Ceilings - Cleanability - (C): VCT tiles in back room should be polished & sealed to make non-absorbent and easy to clean. Noted minor chipping around drain as well. Work to have these resealed. REPEAT. |
