General CommentsEHS advises employees against over-stacking at the grab-and-go, and moving the cooling rack for storage of RTE sandwiches in the WIC further from the door. Ambient air temperature in WIC is 41F near the door, but 38F several yards back. Sandwiches should be stored away from the door, and not over-stacked at the corners of grab-and-go where air circulation is compromised.
