4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed reach in freezer frozen up, ice build up on vents inside. Foods were partially thawed, temp holding at 32 degrees. Have freezer serviced ASAP.
GENERAL COMMENT: Observed grade card not properly posted, not readiliy visible. Grade card must be posted in a readily visible location acc. to NC law. New grade card posted in properly visible location. If grade card is lost or stolen contact health dept. for replacement grade card. |
