W4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf - Observed several soda nozzles heavily soiled with black mold and mildew. Nozzles need to be cleaned at a frequency high enough to avoid build-up in machine. Verification Required. CDI- PIC placed machine out of order while the nozzles were washed, rinsed and sanitized. |
