4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P
Observed low QAC sanitizer at 3-compartment sink- 50ppm. PIC and EHS attempted testing solution with both warm and cold water. PIC stated dispenser has given problems in past. PIC contacted owner regarding service company repairing dispenser. Facility will make solution by hand until unit repaired (QAC 150ppm-400ppm). EHS will return within 3 days to verify dispenser properly dispensing sanitizer solution. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
