Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed no current shellstock tags stored raw clams and raw oysters in display case. CDI- PIC voluntarily discarded clams and oysters. -todays violation is different than violation noted under same code during last inspection, therefore it is not a repeat and points have not been escalated- |
